Incidente de nulidad de la Sentencia T-475/17.
La Apoderada de la DNP invocó como causal la incongruencia entre la parte motiva y resolutiva, lo que genera incertidumbre respecto del alcance de la decisión proferida, pero sobre todo, respecto de su cumplimiento.
La memorialista también presentó otras solicitudes puntuales, relacionadas con la claridad que debía acompañar una de las órdenes del fallo y la suspensión de los efectos del mismo.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió DENEGAR tanto la nulidad como la aclaración pedidas.

- Primero. DENEGAR la solicitud de nulidad presentada por la apoderada del Departamento Nacional de Planeacion contra la sentencia T-475 de 2017, proferida por la Sala Sexta de Revision de tutelas de la Corte Constitucional.
- Segundo. NEGAR las solicitudes de aclaracion de la orden contenida en el numeral
- cuarto. de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia T-475 de 2017 y la suspension de los efectos de tal decision.
- Tercero. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
